About us
We're part of Floor Coverings Local, a family-run Yorkshire flooring company with over 30 years' experience of carpets, vinyl and laminate.
A mobile flooring shop, not a showroom
Instead of a shop, we have a fully stocked home showroom that travels to you. It means you can see how a floor looks with your furniture, your décor and your light before you spend a penny.
Running without commercial premises keeps our overheads down, and we pass that saving on in our prices. We look after the job from the first visit through fitting and aftercare.

So happy with floor coverings local! Had all downstairs (kitchen, hall, w/c & living room) fully laminated last week. Took the fitter 2 full days, he worked so hard! Absolute pleasure to have in our home and over the moon with the results and the price! Would 100% recommend.

Brilliant service, very quick and easy from making our first enquiry to getting a quote and getting it fitted. We had a full house fitted with both carpet and laminate. Everything was explained to us clearly and no hidden charges. The day of the fitting went very smoothly. The fitters arrived as arranged and were hardworking and got the whole house done very quickly to a very high standard. I would highly recommended floor coverings local.
